Beekeeper, Beek, Keeper of the Hives! It all started with one hive in our backyard. Like all keepers I ask myself what am I doing right, what am I doing wrong? I trust my instinct & listen to the bees. A couple of years ago another keeper told me “We don’t need more beekeepers, we need more good beekeepers”. This changed everything for me and I began exploring natural beekeeping & the Oregano Experiment was born.

My dedication to beekeeping is fueled by a genuine love for the hobby and the pursuit of knowledge in the craft & keeping the apiary a healthy environment. I find the greatest satisfaction in the day-to-day management of the hives, believing that there is no substitute for time spent in the bee yard.
